Terms and Conditions

When bidding on any lot offered by Parker Kennedy, LLC  the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms. All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Dimensions are listed in inches on each listing. Please ask questions before bidding. We encourage bidder inspection. Reach out to auction house to schedule an appointment. 

 

Invoices will be sent within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.We do not accept any payments over the phone. 

 

Shipping and Pick Up 

All items are automatically schedule to be shipped within 15 days of payment with in house shipping.  If the client chooses not to have the items shipped, they may schedule a time to pick up. Pick up location: 415 Mauldin Rd, Greenville, SC 29605 .Picks up may be schedule Wednesday - Friday after the auction between 11-4.
